The Spotless Guest Suite is located within my house, situated in an incredibly beautiful, green, and quiet area—like an oasis at the foot of the mountain. What makes my property unique is its proximity to the highway while remaining completely free from highway noise. It takes only 5-8 minutes to drive to, making it convenient to reach any destination. There are also two bus stops within walking distance.

The guest suite itself, including the bedroom, bathroom, hallway, mini-kitchen, and laundry area, is compact and occupies 342 sq ft, providing a cozy yet sufficient space for one person.

This separate guest suite in our house has a private entrance through the side door of my garage, conveniently located on the right side of the house.

While your suite is separate and private, please note it’s part of our home, so you might hear our movements sometimes. We’re a quiet family and go to bed early, so this shouldn’t bother you. Very rarely, you might hear our poodle if someone rings the doorbell. He’s hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed, and doesn’t have any odors. I mention this so you’re aware, even though we won’t interact.

Amenities:
Please make yourself at home and enjoy the complimentary snack bar. You’ll also find coffee and a selection of teas for your enjoyment. We provide free WiFi, Netflix, and parking. All appliances and furniture in the unit are new, including a 55-inch TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction cooktop, air cooler, and steamer. The highlight is a magnificent hybrid queen-size mattress, also new. Bedding, blankets, and pillows are regularly updated to ensure they remain in excellent condition.

Water to drink:
The tap water in North Vancouver is excellent and perfectly safe to drink.
Services:
We offer breakfast upon request, subject to availability. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please confirm dates in advance. You don’t need to go anywhere in the morning—you can enjoy a delicious breakfast right here, including organic homemade sourdough bread, as my husband is a professional baker who bakes bread and pastries for us. We provide a menu to choose from. The cost of breakfast is $15 per person. We also offer different types of coffee, such as espresso and cappuccino, at an additional cost based on your preferences. I can deliver your breakfast or coffee through the connected internal door, which can be opened from my side by mutual agreement.
Additionally, I can prepare exclusive and delicious dinners upon request, almost like restaurant-quality meals, not typical homemade food. If you’re interested in having dinner here without going out, just let me know. I can send you the menu options and prices. Upon request, I can also set up a table for breakfast or dinner outside.
Please ensure to confirm dates in advance for both breakfast and dinner services to check my availability.
You can also request additional cleaning or laundry services if needed. The cost of these services will depend on your specific requirements, which we can discuss upon your request.

Why they chose this property

When I first turned left off Seymour Highway, I knew instantly that I had to live in this neighbourhood. You’ll understand too, when you make that turn, exactly what I felt. It’s an incredibly beautiful, green, and quiet area, like an oasis at the foot of the mountain.

What makes this property unique

What makes my property unique is its close proximity to the highway while being completely free from highway noise. The area is very green with plenty of trees, and there's a large field nearby – perfect for football or baseball, where you can spend lots of time. There is also a playground, and tennis courts, and everything is free. It's all just a short walk down the street, just a few houses away, nestled in the middle of the woods. It's really away from any noisy life.

Another unique aspect of my property is how seriously I take cleanliness. It's very important to me to keep the guest suite spotless. When I travel, I love staying in clean places, and I can't be comfortable if a place doesn't feel clean enough.

Additionally, I offer breakfasts upon request. You don't need to go anywhere in the morning – you can enjoy a delicious breakfast right here, with homemade sourdough bread, as my husband is a professional baker. He bakes bread and pastries for us.

You’ll have the chance to experience all this and more, making your stay truly special and unforgettable. Come and see for yourself!
