This studio is one of three individually styled apartments, originally part of a historic farmland homestead owned by the Holden family (of Holden motorcar fame).
Although next to each other, each apartment has its own separate and private car park, entrance, living spaces, and bathrooms.
Studio Apartment:
Offers sea views from the patio.
Once served as a sunroom where Lady Holden would sew and enjoy a pink Gin in the afternoon.
Kitchenette has, microwave and a small bench top oven with 2 x hot plates.
