Securely fenced, you'll enjoy being able to access the rear via the security gate and electronic panel. A spacious double-garage can house your vehicle for your stay, providing you with peace of mind. The setting among the gum trees and opposite a spacious park, which features a playground and tennis court may make you forget how close to conveniences you really are. The front yard has a good amount of lawn, as well as a paved barbeque area and undercover tiled space that is perfect for al fresco dining.
Step through the sliding glass doors and be delighted by the expansive ground floor. Down here, the open plan design provides plenty of space for family and guests. The fully equipped, contemporary kitchen is a luxury to prepare meals in. With the lengthy breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer, stainless steel dishwasher and gas stove and oven, you won't want to leave such a sensational cooking and entertaining space. For when you are ready to part with your sophisticated setting for the day and head out, you can take your pick of nearby attractions. Located nearby to the main thoroughfare of Tapleys Hill Road, whether you opt to have a leisurely shop at nearby Harbour Town, go golfing, or visit popular Jetty Road at Glenelg, nothing is too far. Transport, such as the tram that runs between Glenelg and the city, is easily accessible, as is the local supermarket.
