Freshly updated with new paint, floors, and furniture.
Conveniently includes one parking spot in front of the house as well as readily available street parking.
Relax on the elevated deck at the back of the house.
We utilize a third party co-host who is available to you 24/7 for whatever you may need during your stay.
Washougal MX Motosport hosts their annual event July 17-20, 2024 right down the street - if you want to visit and are in town!
4th of July is BIG here on the waterfront, come check it out with the whole family!
The home is located not too far from the freeway, with quick access to any local business you may want to visit during your stay in our home. It is still tucked in far enough that you don’t hear any freeway noise.
A short drive from the Washougal waterfront, perfect for playing, walking and dining.
The door off of the kitchen leads to the lower level of the house, and is off limits.
The back patio is open for guest use but we ask that you refrain from going down the steps into the backyard as it is part of the long term tenants’ area. While guests do not have access to the beautiful backyard, you still get to enjoy the view of it, making it feel like you’re being immersed in nature.
There is an umbrella available upon request.
As you walk in through the front door, you enter the cozy living room, complete with extra blankets for those chilly Pacific Northwest nights. Directly ahead is the dining and kitchen area. The dining table seats four but can extend to accommodate up to six guests, perfect for small group entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
The upper back patio is an ideal spot for outdoor dining, comfortably seating up to six people. Down the right hallway, you’ll find a spacious bathroom, two bedrooms, and a versatile office space, making this retreat perfect for relaxation and productivity.

The house is easily accessible by any form of transportation.
Please note the closest bus stop is half a mile away from the house.
Please note that the lower level of the house is occupied by long term tenants.
Animals are not welcome here, as the tenants below are highly allergic.
No recreational smoking, just cigarette smoking outside only. If you cannot be around cigarette smoke for health reasons, we would recommend against booking this house. Given this, we would also recommend against having small children here.
Unfortunately, grills/bbq’s are not allowed on this property.
Be mindful that voices and noises carry while on the back patio and inside the home if at a higher level.
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
