The bedroom side offers a relaxing jetted tub in the full bathroom, two queen beds, a TV, AC, a small fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. This seamlessly connects to the studio side, which features a full kitchen, a cozy living area, a dining space, a bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony that opens up to breathtaking mountain views. The living room is equipped with a queen Murphy bed and AC for your comfort.

Enjoy the Rivergreen indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful great room with views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, and the small exercise room in that area. Down the elevator is access to a coin-operated laundry, and, in summer, a barbecue area with a screened-in gazebo is also available. Tesla charging stations are less than 0.1 miles away.
