This spectacular villa, located right on the Great Ocean Road, directly across the road from the beach, is only a 10 minute walk into town and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Offering modern furniture, fixtures and fittings, together with a stunning outlook, this property offers everything you need for a wonderful family home.

The property is spread over 3 levels comprising 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and open plan kitchen, dining, living with views over Louttit Bay through to the Pier.

Ground floor entrance is spacious and in addition offers 2 large bedrooms - one fitted out with a 2-bed bunk unit, 2 single beds, large storage drawer unit and an LCD Smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and built-in wardrobe. Both these bedrooms have sliding doors out to a small sunny courtyard. The bathroom on this level has a separate bath and shower with European laundry with Miele washer and dryer.

Second level is entirely open plan living with large outdoor decks at both rear and front, front deck has outdoor seating and a beautiful water view over to the pier. There is a powder room/toilet on this level and a fully equipped kitchen including large refrigerator, built in dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven and built-in microwave plus a built-in coffee machine. The dining area accommodates 8 and the main living room has an open fire place and large LCD Smart TV. There are floor to ceiling windows around both the kitchen and living areas.

The upper third level is the Master Suite with a queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large ensuite and floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors out to a balcony with ocean view.

Other features of this property are an outdoor shower at the entrance with hot and cold water for those sandy feet after a day at the beach and a single lock-up garage plus 1 car space within gated driveway.
