The overall resort was clean and the rooms were nice perfect for a little get away. However im not happy about the room key situation, we arrived at the resort around 10pm had to grab the key from down the road which was fine, get to the room after driving for almost 4 hours. The key card wouldnt work so we had to call managment to come fix our card situation took almost an hour for them to arrive they brought us a reprinted cards. Those didnt work so thankfully the master card worked we were able to get in and get to bed, but when we got ready for bed noticted there wasnt any blankets exepct the THINNEST sherpa blanket and sheet, it was not enough. They should of stated we needed to supply our own blankets as theres is no one on property to "manage" the property. The next morning comes by we were suppses to go to the office when then open and got a call staying the guy who fixes the doors is out and wont return until 2 pm to fix the door. We ventured out for the day and returned by 230 to find it still not working, had to call again to wait another 30 mins (they did bring a blanket this time after i requested one). Finally got a working set. It was a super big inconvenience to not be able to just go into our room whenever we please..
It was a cute place overall but the key card situation needs to be fixed for future guest. Because when we arrived we were not the only ones with the key card problem.
