The following supplies will be provided for you upon arrival at the property:

-Small liquid dish washing detergent, - 1 Sponge, - Small liquid hand washing soap, - 1 Toilet paper, - Small liquid bath soap, shampoo & condition, - Extra garbage bag in the bin. Additional supplies are your responsibility.

- No Unregistered Guests Allowed, - No third party rental, - No Smoking Inside The Home, - No Illegal Drugs, - No Pets.

- HOUSE EXCLUSIVELY AND STRICTLY FOR VACATION. (We Do not accept filming without prior authorization, nor do we allow its use as a warehouse).

Upon arrival any damages or stains in the property must be message to us with pictures/videos within 6 hours.

White Sand Beach, Pool, Tennis Court, Kids Play Area, all Common Areas and 24/7 security.
Other things to note
Music by the pool can be loud sometimes, especially during the holidays.

There is a Laundry Mat on site. They charge per load. You can drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening (express) or next day (regular).
