About this property

Renovation complete May 2024. Duplex located 1/2 way between Holland and Saugatuck. Split level 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. New paint, new siding, bathroom has been refurbished, new carpet, new appliances, new mattresses, new hot water heater and air conditioner. Stocked kitchen and all linens and towels provided. Be one of the first to stay in this cozy west side. Frequent sightings of turkeys and deer in the back yard. Shared garage parking available.

1 gigabyte high speed internet. 55 inch Roku TV with Apple TV in main living room.

Ping pong table in large room in the lower floor.

This has been a labor of love. Six months of renovations completed May 2024. We live on the property next door. We have been blessed to offer you a great stay in this cozy unit.

PARKING

There is parking available for a maximum of four vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 100% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
