The lakefront is a shared space, please be respectful of others and don’t forget to enjoy the day!

Propane and BBQ is provided along with all basic amenities such as dishes, utensils etc.
please tidy up the best you can when your stay is over. Check out is at 10am.

Please strip bedding and leave used towels in the hamper as we are set up for a cleaning service after each set of guests.

The strata is on septic so please be conscious of flushing. Toilet paper and human waste ONLY.

Any damages will be immediately reported by security. Security has permission from the owner to enter unit upon request from owner or condo board.

Strata rules will be sent via email to guests upon booking. Rules must be acknowledged or booking will be cancelled.
