Our apartment is set up to suit a variety of needs. There's a desk upstairs, useful for a professional stay, and we also appreciate the needs of families, with games and toys tucked away in the cupboards, and an extra TV in one of the bedrooms. There is ample cupboard space, where luggage can be easily accessed. We employ professional cleaners and strive to keep the apartment well maintained.

We live in rural Canterbury, and bought this apartment a few years ago so that our growing family could have better access to the city. When we aren't using the apartment, we are happy to welcome guests. It's been set up to our own standards, with all the amenities we know that we need when we visit the city. We aren't managed by an agency, this is a family-run rental.
Why they chose this property
This is an inner city apartment, within walking distance of the Arts Centre, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, and all that the inner city has to offer. When our children were younger, proximity to the Margaret Mahy Playground was also a big consideration.
What makes this property unique
This is compact apartment, but it has a clever design which makes good use of the space. There's separation between the dining room and lounge, allowing for different activities. The bedrooms are upstairs, away from the TV noise, and there's ample cupboard space, where you can hide your luggage away. It's perfect for short term stays. We also enjoy the sun sets from the West facing rooms.
