One of the best I've probably ever stayed in
Located in a new subdivision, this property was in an ideal part of the city for me and my family. Brand new build and was very clean upon arrival. There were plates, utensils and glasses provided if needed, and towels and soaps too which was a bonus for us.
Property host was very friendly and quick to answer my questions, Maybe in the future I would suggest the host leave the wifi password for the guests on the fridge or another common area so hosts and guests don't have to be bothered with messaging through the app, as the service was horrible being in a basement that's expected.
All in all it was a good stay, for an excellent price it suited our needs and we would definitely book again if we needed something in the area again.
I do have to mention for potential guests that may need the peace and quite or the need to sleep in, the host has multiple kids and lives upstairs. Both nights we were woken up very early morning to kids jumping, running, and screaming over our heads, as it's a basement converted into an apartment (with a seperate entrance) it didn't bother us as much as we needed to be up earlier anyways but for anyone who do like to sleep in you may find it difficult with this particular location. First morning we were woken up at 6am, and the second morning around 8am. Newer build, converted basement, soundproofing isn't going to be great between the two floors, could practically hear every word the kids were screaming lol.
