Guest Access:
This apartment is in a secure building with key card access only. You will have free off street parking. There is a bus stop literally out the front doorstep and South Geelong train station is few minutes walk from the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
You are within a short walk of Skilled Stadium to catch that all important AFL game. Other close by destinations are the Palais Theatre, St John of God Hospital, Kardinia Outdoor Pool, and numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafes at the top end of town. Getting Around:
Free car parking for one car is located on-site in the outdoor car park. Leave your car behind as Geelong is an easy walking city with all attractions within a 1km radius.
Other Things to Note:
One of the bedrooms does not have a window but has excellent lighting & bedside lamps. Please comply with the parking instructions and show consideration to your neighbours both within the apartment and in the common areas. A $100 extra fee applies for lost keycard or callout visit outside of normal business hours.
