Nestled in the beach suburb of Elwood, our family and pet friendly Edwardian offers a comfortable retreat with everything at your doorstep.
You'll be in the heart of Elwood. Literally metres from cafes, shops, the beach and a metro bus stop. Our lovely home will ensure total relaxation after day at the beach or exploring the city.
On offer is a renovated 4 bedroom house over two levels with a courtyard at the rear.
Downstairs features 3 bedrooms, central bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining/living.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (Murphy)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: 2x Single beds that can be converted to a King
Upstairs features a parents retreat with Queen bed, TV, ensuite and walk in robe.
The property is centrally located close to cafes, shops and 500m from the beach. A #246 bus stop is immediately across the road which takes you directly to Elsternwick Station.
Free, all day parking is available in the street opposite the house. Also there are no restrictions on Glen Huntly Rd in front of the house between 6pm-8am so you can park there overnight.
