The neighborhood is beautiful and by the ravine. Which adds so much aesthetics and character to the home. Good vibes all around.
What makes this property unique
Because the neighborhood has many new builds, the majority of the houses are either not yet built or currently unoccupied. This provides a high level of privacy and ensures that noise levels won't bother too many people.
