Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom villa, nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Marcus Beach. Enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, with Noosa and the vibrant Perigian shopping area just a short distance away. Our home features a pool, tranquil gardens, and a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Our home offers ample space for your comfort and enjoyment. The three bedrooms are designed with your relaxation in mind, each providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

The two bathrooms offer convenience and privacy for all guests. The heart of the home is the open kitchen, living, and dining area, where you can gather and unwind. The sliding doors open to the outdoors, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. Step outside to discover a private oasis, complete with a refreshing pool and tranquil gardens, where you can bask in the sunshine.

Bedrooms: 2 x queen bedroom, bunk beds with double bed at base and single bed on top. All bedrooms open up to the outdoor garden with astonishing views. The master bedroom has its own private garden to enjoy in the privacy of your own space.

Outdoor area: BBQ Weber Family Q, outdoor lounge and umbrella, outdoor shower, magical gardens, pool.

Kitchen: Complete kitchen with butlers pantry. Cooking equipment pots and pans, coffee machine, nutri bullet, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery, salad bowels, roasting trays, toasted sandwich maker, slow cooker oven pot etc.

Lounge area: relax in our modern lounge area suitable for the whole family or Friends to relax on.

Work desk: We have a work station area for those who need to continue to work away from home. A printer/scanner/photocopier is available at an extra cost to those who need it.

Laundry: Complete with iron, hanging area, ironing board

Bathrooms: Double vanity in master and single in second bathroom. Strong roof shower and hand held. Towels provided in bathroom cupboards

TV: Netflix is available on the TV. Please use the holiday account.

Coffee Machine with pods available.

Pool: Fully fenced plunge pool 4.8m x 2.5m. Children need to always be supervised. Please ensure you are careful around the pool. We have plastic cups and plates that are to be used around the pool. Please do not use glass around the pool.

Car: We have a six seater Toyota valfire you can also hire at the property. If you would like to hire the car please send us a message and we can send you the link to hire.

Our home is ideally located, offering a serene coastal getaway while still being close to popular destinations. The picturesque Marcus Beach is within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy sunsets and beach strolls. The vibrant town of Noosa is just a short drive away, where you can explore the stunning Noosa National Park, shop at trendy boutiques, or dine at world-class restaurants. The Perigian shopping area is also nearby, offering a range of amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, and local shops.

Parking is available in the drive way at the property. Street parking is also available. It is a quiet street area.

Amanda our host, will meet you for your check in. We also have a guest key box to collect the keys if you are checking in late in the evening or Sunday's.

Amanda will be able to meet you at the house to show you around and give you the keys. She is available if you need her anytime for something at the house.

We respect your privacy, but we are always available to assist you during your stay. Our friendly team is just a phone call away and can provide recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and any other assistance you may need.

Marcus Beach is nestled away between Noosa and Peregian. Peregian is a short 4 minute drive or 18 minute walk down the road. It offers world class restaurants, fashionable stores and galleries, IGA supermarket and life saving club.

The heart of Noosa is a 10 minute drive down the road. You can enjoy the famous restaurants and fashion on Hastings street or Noosa Junction. Watch a film or walk around the beautiful national parks area.

Marcus beach offers one of the best beaches in the area. You can wake up and head straight down, being a short walk to the end of the street.

Our neighbours will also make you feel very welcome and help out if you need anything. Be sure to say hi to Betty and Monty who you will regularly see walking around the street.

If you haven't hired a car, Uber is easy to get around. Peregian shops is a short walk away and you can easily get there walking along the beautiful beach or walk way. I wouldn't recommend the walk for a load of shopping.

We do have a six seater van you can hire from us as well if you would like to have a car through your stay.

Hire of the van will require you to fill in and extra form for insurance and payment. It for $156.00 a day.

Frank sergi is available for hire for private transfers. We can arrange for you if you need.

If you require a cot, high chair etc for a baby we have facilities to hire these at an extra cost.

We can also provide a blow up mattress if you have an extra child for an extra cost.

We have provided beach umbrella, beach chairs, body boards, beach towels for you to use.
Please be aware we live in a quiet area. If you are planning a loud party time away this might not be the place for you.
