Minimum set nights from mid- December to end of January. Minimum 2 nights all other times, minimum 3 nights public holidays and long weekends and minimum 4 nights Easter.

Open plan living area with couch, chairs, coffee table, small dining table and chairs, television & electric wall panel heating. Kitchenette equipped with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery, washing machine & small clothes line in the rear yard. Please note: no dryer.
Bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, toilet.
A small, private rear courtyard with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning sun or the evening stars.

UPSTAIRS
Located at the top of the stairs is a reverse cycle air-conditioner that caters to both floors.
King size bed with 2 bedside tables. 2 x single beds and a central wardrobe.

Please note: A full bed linen and bathroom linen package is included with every booking that caters for up to 3 guests. Extra charge of $50 for a 4th guest. BYO beach towels.
There is no laundry at this motel style accommodation. You may request linen laundering for a small charge if your stay is 7 nights or more. Sorry, no pets permitted in this apartment complex. Porta cot (b.y.o. linen) & high chair can be provided for hire.
A dedicated communal BBQ area for all guests use during your stay is available.
