• Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
• Access to a communal tennis court, gym and pool, all a short walk from the property.
• Bed linen and towels included in the rental price.
STRICTLY No Parties, events or group gatherings.
No Smoking or vaping inside the property

This property is rented out to one group at a time, you must not exceed the number of people permitted to sleep at this property.
Extra cleaning charges will be charged should the house not be left in the state it was provided or items within the house are stolen, damaged or broken.
BBQ must be cleaned after use.
