The Space:
Perfect for spending time with loved ones the house features a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which can be opened to the main undercover deck area, via stacking doors. Bar seating and comfortable chairs on the deck offer a perfect way to enjoy a relaxing drink and listen to the waves. There is a separate family room complete with puzzles, games, comfortable lounges, large beanbag and an additional TV further providing a sense of space for the whole family.

This holiday home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.

The kitchen features induction cooking, dishwasher, pantry, island beach, microwave, kettle and toaster and is well equipped with quality glass and serving ware to further enhance the feeling of coastal luxury.

Outside the property offers ample off-street parking, multiple deck areas from which to sit and enjoy the sunset and an outdoor heated shower for you to wash off after enjoying a day at the beach. The kids will also enjoy the large soft lawned area on which to play along with a sandpit complete with buckets and spades.

To ensure that you are comfortable year-round, the property is equipped with plantation shutters and ceiling fans to bedrooms and ducted heating and cooling throughout.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, and ensuite.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed.
Bedroom three has a double size bed.
Bedroom four has got x2 lots of single bunk beds – perfect for a children’s room.

The main bathroom offers a separate vanity area with large mirror, along with a bath and shower facilities.
