About this property

The Coastal Bell: Sand, Surf and Wineries Galore

Ideally located a 15-minute stroll from the sparkling water’s edge of Portarlington Pier and its dining and entertainment precinct, this group escape along Bellarine Peninsula offers all the modern conveniences you’ll need for a relaxing weekend away—including two retro-but-contemporary living rooms, a TV with Netflix, breezy patio, and fully-equipped kitchen. Soak up the coastal lifestyle and enjoy the sun and surf or arrange a tour to explore the region's well-known wineries just moments away.
Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by a sitting room to the right with two red leather chairs and a living area to the left that is furnished with comfortable black leather couches, bright artwork and a wall-mounted, wide-screen TV. You’ll also find a study that doubles as a second lounge room with leather couches and a collection of board games to enjoy with the whole family. Nearby sits the main bathroom with a shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Off the lounge room, a coastal-inspired dining area with a marble-topped table sits alongside a fully-equipped kitchen with all the basics to whip up a meal at home. Enjoy relaxing nights cooking up a storm before unwinding on the spacious timber balcony as you soak up beautiful sunset views across the bay or in the fenced back garden.

Come evening, take your pick of three bedrooms. A master bedroom comes furnished with a plush queen bed and a large window; a second bedroom features two single beds, built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers; and a third bedroom also features two single beds that sit against a cheerful blue feature wall.

Additional luxuries include heating, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Enjoy the added convenience of secure parking for up to three cars.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

A work site.
The house was clean and comfortable. However, the back yard is a work site; no access; the deck has been removed; front access is via broken concrete path; front lawn has been ripped up by a truck. Finally, having booked for six people there were only five towels, no hand towels and no facewashers. It coud be a lot better.
