Welcome to Broad Oak, the 23rd home in the Overmoon collection! This thoughtfully redesigned retreat at the exclusive Solterra Resort has room for 17 guests, a fun, Florida vibe, and plenty of activities to keep the action going during off days from the theme parks. Theres also a second Overmoon home at Solterra just a few minutes away if youve got a seriously large group joining in the fun with you.

1. Its the ideal base for your theme-park vacation. This spacious oasis is ideally located just 10 miles from the gates of Disney World and 20 miles from Universal Studios close enough for easy vacay commutes while leaving your evenings open to relax in peace. To maintain the fun vibe for your younger guests, we even put in a den with Disney touches, a Harry Potter-heavy bedroom, and a Star Wars bunk room that makes small sleepers feel like theyre in a galaxy far, far away (even though theyre just down the hall).


2. The game room. This one has something for everyone. The Gen X-Gen Z faction of your group will either earnestly or ironically enjoy the standup arcade consoles and foosball, while your junior Gen A crew (yes, thats a thing now) will freely spend their youthful vitality going up and down the plastic slide.


3. The screened-in backyard pool. Its usually one of the first places guests head after check-in and the last place they clamber out of before heading home. While youre out back, you can also throw some burgers on the outdoor grill (the propane is free) so everyone can enjoy lunch without having to call an indoor halftime.


4. The premium touches & extras. Trust us: Youll have to work hard to go through all the matching dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the ample supplies in the bathroom feel like theyre straight out of your favorite hotel, and the choice bedding, mattresses and blackout curtains will give you all the zs you need to hit the theme-park trail with a pep in your step.


5. The resort. For a small fee, your group will have access to the surrounding 4-acre Solterra Resort which features water slides, pools, gym, tennis courts, an amazing clubhouse and more! Resort access for your stay can be purchased directly through Solterra for $35 for 1-12 guests or $45 for groups larger than 12 after youve booked your trip.

No Chore Checkout We hate the long lists of chores that lots of hosts require. All we ask is that you shut the door securely on your way out you have enough to take care of while traveling home. Leave the linens, dishes, and garbage to us.


Ample amenities throughout the home. Our kitchens are always stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Our bathrooms have tons of super-soft towels and our favorite soaps and shampoos. And our laundry rooms come with detergent and other cleaning supplies should you need them. Of course, well have toilet paper, paper towels and coffee there before you arrive.


Designer homes built with comfort in mind. Every Overmoon is designed to be playful, comfortable, and family-friendly. That means sofas and chairs youre happy to sink into for hours, beds that will make you rethink your mattress at home, and a hundred other carefully considered details that make each space feel great.


Warm, personal hospitality. Each Overmoon comes with a local host who is there to support you before, during and after your stay. Theyll call before you come to make any special arrangements, and can solve any issues if you need help mid- or post-stay.

FAQs


Does Overmoon allow pets?

While we love all pets, we only allow dogs at our homes. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and youll be charged a flat pet fee of $250. If any member of your rental party requires accompaniment by a registered service animal, notification at the time of booking is required.


Does this home have a crib, high chair, or other baby/toddler gear?

Yes! We have a pack & play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, dishware and more all included free of charge.


Does Overmoon have a minimum age requirement?

Yes, you have to be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
