Welcome to Casa Getaway. Relax in our secluded country retreat. Private heated saltwater pool with giant waterfall that soothes and provides tranquility from those stressful moments. Large tanning area. Six large bedrooms. Five king-size beds, one queen. Screened in gazebo, hot tub, 2 outdoor bars, 2 large indoor bars, 3 BBQs, outdoor theatre seating with an exceptional view of the Trent River. Huge outdoor fire pit. Double outdoor shower. Only minutes to Campbellford. Boat launches close. Full Chef Kitchen with 95 sq ft of granite. Lots of room to prepare your favourite foods. Large dining area just off the kitchen, and large outdoor dining table on balcony.

Why they chose this property
We built this property starting in 1994. It is on a quiet country road with few neighbours. Property is set back from the road and is very quiet. Only 5 minutes to town. The town has 2 grocery stores, LCBO, Beer store, Many trendy shops. Tim Horton's and McDonalds along with some great unique restaurants and pubs.
What makes this property unique
Property is very secluded. We are on a hill, so the views over the rolling hills are spectacular. The pool area is awesome. 30' round heated saltwater pool with waterfall that you can sit behind and enjoy a beverage. Pool house with fridge and toilet. Screened in gazebo with fireplace. Outdoor kitchen and Tiki bar. Lots of room for suntanning. Lower patio has a live edge bar. 4 recliners and a hammock. TV with sound system and hot tub. Huge Chef kitchen in the house with Fridge, stove, microwave and cooktop. Pots, pans and spices. Large walk-in pantry. Downstairs living room has woodstove 5 recliners, 70" TV with sound system. Full bar with Fridge and bar stools. Every bedroom is unique with top of the line mattresses and bedding. Each room has a safe for valuables.
