Haussmann 3-Bedroom/2 Bathrooms in the heart of 1st EME

Nestled between La Samaritaine and the Louvre Museum, this apartment offers the perfect blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. You'll be just a short walk from iconic landmarks such as the Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde, Place des Pyramides, and the Jardin des Tuileries.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a typical Parisian building. It features a spacious living room with a convertible sofa bed, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.

There are three cozy bedrooms, each with a double mattress, and two modern bathrooms with showers (one includes a WC). Additionally, there is a separate WC for convenience. The apartment comfortably accommodates six guests, with a maximum capacity of eight.

Amenities include a TV in the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a baby cot and/or high chair available upon request. Please note that the washing and drying machine is currently out of order. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Before your arrival, we will provide all the necessary information for accessing the apartment. Keys can be collected from a secure box with a code inside the building. The code will be shared prior to your arrival. Please read the apartment rules placed on the kitchen table.
