Enjoy open mountain views and a backyard at this dog-friendly modified A-frame home in a quiet neighborhood of Lincoln. Enter a den area with plenty of places to store your coats and shoes and some space to watch a show or play a game at the card table. Straight ahead, find a stacked washer/dryer next to the bath with a shower. On each side is a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds. Climb the open stairs to the main level to enjoy the views from the large deck or window wall inside. You'll also find a full kitchen, dining area for 6, and comfortable living area for 5 in front of another small TV. (There is no cable, but both TVs can stream via Roku, and the lower one also has a DVD player.) Behind the living area is a queen bedroom with AC and a full bath across the hall. Head up one more flight to the fourth bedroom, again with a queen bed, AC, and a half bath.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local water park), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note:
This home provides 4 parking spaces in the driveway.
Dogs are welcome in this unit; there is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog, with a maximum limit of 2 dogs allowed.
This unit has 2 mini-split air conditioners, one in each queen bedroom.
The 2 propane fireplace inserts are only available in winter.

Relaxing

My fiance and I frequently visit the White Mountains. This was way bigger than we needed but so glad to have stayed. The living area was spacious, bright and homey. The whole design of the house was very well thought out. They have great kitchen accessories which we used as we like to cook. The neighborhood was quiet with a decent mountain view. We needed to get away from the grind and this was perfect.
