Cozy cottage on Rice Lake
Cozy four seasons cottage on Rice Lake, perfect to enjoy with family or friends. A place to swim and fish in the summer and to snowmobile on the trails during the winter. Close to all amenities, grocery store and LCBO within 10 minutes. One and a half hour from the GTA. Two bedrooms in the main cottage and a games room over looking the water. Pullout couch in boathouse and blowup mattress available. Boat launch down the street. Full kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave, washer/dryer. Huge deck and two docks to enjoy the view of the lake.
