18 The Anchorage is an absolute waterfront holiday home ideal for a perfect family getaway. Stylish and elegant, this 2-level home has 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a centralised pool and sleeps up to 6 guests.

The spectacular Noosa River, comprising of fine dining restaurants and local cafes, is just a scenic 20-minute walk away. The popular Noosa Main Beach and cosmopolitan Hastings Street, boasting clothing boutiques and notorious restaurants, is less than a 10-minute drive.

The Space

Located within an esteemed canalside precinct, the secure street is shaded with lush trees.
Walking through the double front door of this sophisticated property in Noosa Waters, you’ll instantly notice the high ceilings and elegant Mediterranean architecture. Bright and welcoming, this sensational residence is the ideal place for your next getaway.

To your right is the study that instantly draws an abundance of light through the adjacent French arched glass doors.
Walking further down the expansive hallway, past the intricate arched windows, you will find the guest bathroom and living area. The modern bathroom consists of a standing shower, toilet, and vanity. The modest living area opens out onto the side courtyard and has a TV, making it the perfect kids room. There is a fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer, which leads out to the clothesline and courtyard.

In the downstairs living hub at the back of the property you’ll find the expansive kitchen, dining area and main living room. The large kitchen features stunning marble benchtops and a bay window that opens to the outdoor dining area. You can immediately imagine enjoying a glass of wine whilst you soak in the atmosphere as you cook and converse with your guests. The 6-person dining area is strategically placed in front of the large glass bi-fold doors that draw cooling breezes and river views.

The vast lounge room is wonderfully lit with sliding doors adjacent from each other between incredible waterway and pool views. In the cooler seasons, turn on the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie with the family. It is truly a taste of luxury, with a tiled feature wall and hanging pendant.

Slide open the doors, enjoy a drink on the outdoor lounge and appreciate the ideal north facing position over the water. This area is the perfect canvas for relaxation. With Noosa recognized for lovely fresh produce and seafood, the home’s alfresco dining space has everything you need to curate and experience a delicious feast for the family. This riverside area leads out to manicured grass and a private jetty. Bring along the fishing rods to take full advantage of the prime location. If you would rather take a break from the salty water, the house surrounds the large central pool, perfect for a cooling dip on a balmy summer day.

Ascend the timber railed stairs to the light filled top floor where you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom to the right consists of a double bed, a built-in robe, and TV. Walk down the hall to the second bedroom which holds a king bed, built in robe, TV and a substantial window opening out onto the leafy street. The main bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and provides a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, luxurious bath, and double vanity.

At the other end you’ll find the impressively expansive and opulent master suite, comprising of a king bed, walk-in robe, and lounging space where you can read a book or enjoy a movie. The spacious ensuite includes a standing shower, centralised bath, double vanity, and toilet. This entire retreat has complete water views and a generous private deck to relax with an afternoon drink looking over the water.

Surrounded by flourishing olive trees, this spectacular north facing property provides everything you could possibly need to make your stay in Noosa a luxurious escape with the family.

There is space for 2 cars on the driveway. The garage is not for guest use.

Ducted air-conditioning is throughout all rooms and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
