When you book your vacation at MCP Haus, you’ll be staying in the desirable Mercer community, where guests will enjoy a plethora of desirable onsite amenities such as a resort-style pool, entertaining bar & grills, covered lounge, yard games, and even a dog park where your furry friends can stretch their legs. You’ll be within a short distance to the area’s best attractions such as the picturesque Comal River, the adrenaline-pumping Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and the downtown area with its rich German heritage and charming Bavarian-style architecture. Of course, no visit to Texas would be complete without indulging in some authentic barbeque, of which the city boasts an array of joints serving up the finest smoked meats and traditional southern sides. This will be an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime!

Inside the home, modern spaces showcase contemporary furnishings and chic décor, the perfect environment to maximize your downtime with friends and family. Curl up on soft sofa seating with chaise lounge in the living room while you stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The open-air balcony provides a breezy space for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, overlooking the sweeping views of the surrounding area. Back indoors, the dramatic kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals right at home. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on community surface lots as needed.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 Dogs, 40 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. To avoid fines, pets must be leashed at all times when walking outside of the unit.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security doorbell camera, mounted on the main entrance, and actively monitoring the walk-up to the door.

Visitors can rent tubes, kayaks, and other watercraft from local outfitters, or take a guided tour of the river.

Located just outside of New Braunfels, the Natural Bridge Caverns are a fascinating geological wonder where visitors can take a guided tour of the underground caves and learn about their formation and history. Landa Park is a 51-acre park located in the heart of New Braunfels. Visitors can enjoy hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and a mini-golf course. With its rich history, natural beauty, and unique culture, New Braunfels is a one-of-a-kind destination that’s sure to leave a lasting impression.

HOUSE RULES:
• The pool closes at 10pm, and the complex observes quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
• Glass is strictly prohibited in all outdoor common areas, including the outdoor kitchen/grill area, pool, dog run, and ping pong area. Violations may incur a fine.
• The Guest Parking Pass will be located inside the unit. Guests must park in the designated spaces and display the parking pass in their vehicle's windshield at all times within the complex.
• Vehicles parked incorrectly or without a displayed pass risk being towed.
• The parking pass must be left inside the unit upon departure. Not returning the parking pass may lead to a replacement charge.
