We've included cleaning supplies, paper products, coffee and tea options, coolers, beach/pool bags, pool towels, umbrella, charcoal and lighter fluid for grilling, beach/lawn chairs, board and card games, iron and ironing board, stroller, Pack n' Play/playpen, folding chairs, books/magazines, laundry pods, First Aid kit, and tourist information for your convenience.

All (3) TVs are smart. Feel free to log into your accounts during your stay, but please log out upon departure. The TV in the living room and main bedroom also have cable access. Wi-Fi login details will be provided upon check-in.

There are 2 golf courses just down the street, a gas station on the corner, and a handful of restaurants within 5 minutes of the condo!

· Parking is free and available for two (2) vehicles
· This is a second floor unit with no elevator - straight staircase with minimal steps
· Coin laundry room is available on the first floor
