Short drive to the ski resorts, the Village, and the lake. Close to National Forest hiking trails and Erwin Lake Park.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, bonus room, 1.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bonus room has a daybed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Fully fenced yard and front deck with barbecue.
