About this property

Entire guest house.

Open plan large family room. King bed, dining room, lounge area all together
.
Second sleeping area is a koala sofa ( folds down to a queen bed )
Third sleeping area consists of a bunk room. Sleeps 3 in single sized beds.

Sleeps 7 comfortably. We also have two fold out single occasional lounges that fold down into single beds. We do allow more guests with prior approval.

We have two identical bathrooms.
2 Toilets in each, 2 showers. Dormitory style bathrooms.
Vanity / mirror.

Kitchen has all amenities except for a dishwasher.

Outside we have a gorgeous fire pit area, bbq space and bar bench seating to enjoy the views.
