The Space:
Our family townhome is a dream come true for Disney enthusiasts. Located just a short 11-mile drive from Disney World and a stone's throw away from many of Orlando’s other thrilling theme parks and attractions, you'll be at the heart of the magic.

Enter our bright and spacious 1,653 sq ft two-story home. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable sofa sitting area and Smart TV for relaxing moments together. There’s also a big, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, and a dining table with four cushioned seats and stools at the breakfast bar to enjoy a nice sit-down meal at home in comfort.

There are three comfortably furnished bedrooms in the home to accommodate up to 8 people. The primary suite, Bedroom 1, downstairs, features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual-sink vanity and a spacious stand-in shower. The other two rooms are upstairs. Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed with double/full beds that can fit two people in each. Bedroom 3 has a double/full bed for two.

The second full bathroom is upstairs and features a tub/shower combo. There’s also a half bath downstairs near the main living area.

If you’re a remote worker or student, you’ll enjoy reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Lastly, there is a little backyard patio space with a view of the lush green landscape and the resort, where you can come out and enjoy some fresh air and Florida sun. If you arrive by car, you’ll also have two driveway spaces.

The Neighborhood:
The Enclaves at Festival Resort is a beautiful gated resort community designed with families in mind. It's loaded with amenities like a big resort pool, kids’ splash park, fitness center, mini golf, arcade, sand volleyball and more! You’ll also be near the open-air mall at Championsgate Village is just 1.5 miles away, outlet malls, and world-class golf courses. Plus, Disney World and other popular theme parks and attractions are just a short drive away!

Getting Around:
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 miles away from the townhome located inside The Enclaves at Festival Resort community. Driving times vary depending on the time of day, so it’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app when you arrive.

You’ll have two parking spaces in the driveway of the townhome. You’ll be near two major highways, the I-4 and US Hwy 27, giving you easy access to many of the attractions around the area.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee. Please let us know within 48 hours prior to arrival if you'd like to rent it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of condiments like cooking oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, etc., prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you'll have to purchase what you need.
- When disposing of trash, be sure your garbage is always properly tied up in plastic bags. NO LOOSE TRASH will be picked up. If your bags are not properly secured or you dispose of loose trash, you’ll be charged a $300 fine.
- A $250 fee will be charged for any visitor who stays overnight without prior permission
- A $100 fee will be charged for unauthorized late checkouts
- A $100 fee will be applied for any lost or damaged item.
- A charge of $200 USD will apply if you lose or damage the access card.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you’ll first present your booking confirmation to security. From there, the home is yours to enjoy with our easy self-check-in process using a digital door code on the front door.
