The space
Bedrooms x 4: 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 bunk room downstairs with 4 single bunks (queen rooms all have ceiling fans). Sleeps up to 10 people, perfect for 6 adults and 4 children. Please note guests need to BRING YOUR OWN LINEN (sheets, towels, pillow slips). Unfortunately there are no linen services in the area. We supply floor mats, hand/tea towels, and all beds have mattress protectors and quilt covers.

Bathrooms x 2: freshly renovated upstairs bathroom off living area, downstairs bathroom with large bath tub, outdoor hot/cold shower great for after a swim or surf at the beach.

Indoor living space: cozy combined living & dining area upstairs with 2 large lounges, 8 seater dining table, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV (+Apple TV) & speaker to plug into your phone. Downstairs rumpus room also has separate TV (+ Apple TV) & sofa bed great for kids hideaway or movies.

Outdoor living space: 2 spacious undercover decks, upstairs deck has BBQ & gas pizza oven, large outdoor dining table seating 8-10 people, ceiling fans, heater for the colder months, bistro blinds for added protection during rainy/windy days & great vistas of the trees with a few ocean glimpses. Downstairs deck has plenty of room for relaxing & playing games in the shade.

Kitchen & laundry: modern kitchen upstairs with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, nespresso machine & pantry cupboard for guests' groceries. Spare drinks fridge for all your beer & champagne downstairs with the laundry (including washer & dryer).

Yard: open grassy front yard, perfect for afternoon drinks & lawn games.

Guest access
Access to whole house, except for a few locked cupboards with owners' personal items.
Check yourself in with the security key box at front door.
