Generals are OK . But some are my suggestions..... You need tidy before we are settle . It was rubbish and cigarette but and smell when we came . Bathroom was not clean properly . Shower need to replace another , it was loose tighten . Toilette seat is smaller than bowl...bathroom light and fan are not working . Kitchen needs some more pots and some bigger bowls . Milk in the fridge I think need some more ..... Thanks .

Keys not in lock box. Had to wait for a random guy to put them back at 9pm. Wifi password not as listed in check in information. Shower head would fall off.

The apartment was filthy. DO NOT STAY THERE. The only (!?) water glass was revolting with dried on food inside! A wine glass was covered in smudge and lip stick! The only (!) small plate was dirty and very chipped. The only 2 forks which covered in dried food as were the 3 (only) knives. I felt that I had to soak and then wash all the cheap cutlery and crockery before use. The food tongs were covered in burnt dried food. The kitchen drawers were dirty. Broken rubbish bin. The advertised balcony view was attractive too noisy. The outside table and floor had spilt food and sticky drink marks. There were no coathangers! The bed linen was so crumpled that we wondered if the bed had been used! No air con. The ad mentioned some "eco" system but too hot for me. A sparse and uninviting, unattractive space with holes in the wall. No Wifi. We tried to call the owners (x2) but was told to "call the cleaners"! How? We decided that we could not get in that bed nor unpack so we had to move. Despite texts and calls, we have not had a response from the owners and of course, no refund. DO NOT BOOK IT.
