Brand new 2bd/2.5ba condo that is located minutes from Valley Baptist Medical Center and a straight shot down Boca Chica Blvd to SpaceX! With nearby grocery stores such as HEB and restaurants such as Whataburger, Wingstop, and local favorite "Tacos Puente Viejo", you cannot go wrong with this location.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, two Roku TVs, free WiFi and very comfortable mattresses throughout. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private bathroom and a step-in closet. Bedroom #2 features 2 full size beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for a comfortable night's sleep. The downstairs common area also has a futon that folds out into a twin size bed. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit so there's is no need for time-consuming visits to the laundromat. You can have up to two vehicles with this condo with a private garage and driveway space. Street parking is available, but guests must mind the signage placed by the City of Brownsville.
