This villa features a 2-story townhouse floor plan. The main floor features the living area, dining, kitchen and one bedroom and a bath. The living area opens to the sundeck and view of the lake. The sundeck is nicely furnished and has a table for outdoor dining.  The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a breakfast bar. 

The main floor bedroom has a TV and barn door access to the bathrooom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with rain shower head.

Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom and bath.  This bedroom has a TV and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.
