Beautiful historic 5-bedroom villa with a 2500 square meter garden, centrally located on Lake Como, perfect for up to 10 guests. Built in the 1850s, this charming villa is nestled in the hills of Menaggio and provides easy access to the lake's central facilities, amenities, and ferry service, making it an excellent base for exploring the area by boat.Unbelievably lovely house and huge yard! Really beautiful interior design that takes into account the spirit of the place.Having breakfast in the garden overlooking the lake is a memory you will treasure. There is plenty of space for a large group, and it is very close to downtown Menaggio and also a 24 hour grocery store.You will never forget eating in the garden while overlooking the stunning Lake Como.
The snowy alpine in the distance is wonderful and cute birdsong. The fresh air is all great.

Ground Floor:
Entrance/Landing: Provides access to the kitchen and social kitchen area on the right, and the living room with double access to the bright dining room with a garden view on the left.
Living Room: Features historic tiled flooring and hand-painted historic ceilings, two sofas, and double doors that open to an outdoor seating area at the back of the villa. This area is perfect for enjoying a meal or drink in the shade during warm summer days.
Dining Room: Offers four spacious windows overlooking the garden and a dining table that seats up to 10 people.
Kitchen: Fully fitted with a gas cooker hob, dishwasher, sink, modern large fridge, and all necessary items to prepare meals. Connected to the social kitchen area with a table for four and a second worktop for preparing cold meals and dishes.
Pantry/Coffee Room: Equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a flatscreen TV.
Laundry: A separate room with a washing machine located at the back of the kitchen.

IMPORTANT:You can not drive up to the house. You have to unload a block away and roll your bags up a rocky path and stairs to the house. could be problematic for guests with mobility issues.
