Guests will also enjoy onsite amenities such as the seasonal (Memorial Day - Labor Day) outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool, two indoor spas, a playground, and barbeque grill area.

From the Treetop Skywalk to Ripley’s Aquarium and everything in between, the city of Gatlinburg has something for everyone. Trailheads for hiking and biking at your own pace and difficultly level are nearby, as are alpine coasters and zipline tours winding you in and out of the forested surroundings. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Gatlinburg Summit condos sit on a mountain and the roads are steep and curvy.
• This is a 2nd floor walkup unit with stairs required. There is NO elevator.
• The wood burning fireplace is seasonal and available for use from October through March. Firewood is not provided. Firewood can be purchased from the resort office during the season.
• Coin-operated laundry on site.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted on the front door and actively monitoring the home’s entrance.
