It’s alright
Not sure if the host is new to vrbo but my first concern was that there’s no mention that there was a tenant living downstairs. That was a surprise to us upon arriving b/c we had access downstairs which was a security concern. Someone’s doing construction work downstairs and was mad at us for being “too loud” when it wasn’t our fault as that wasn’t disclosed anywhere on the listing.
Second, the toilets were filthy with piss stains all over the toilet cover like someone had been using that bathroom frequently. Again this is not a hotel so I don’t expect much but c’mon both bathrooms are so dirty! There’s female hair inside drawers in the bathroom as well.
Finally, I honestly feel scammed with the photos as there’s no furnitures in the room by the backyard. These are all old photos.
With everything together, this place wasn’t that cheap and I would have gladly pay more for elsewhere with an entire home to ourselves. The host is very responsive and nice however.
