Shangri-La, Mannum
Shangri-La is located on one of the most beautiful spots along the Murray River, at Mannum. Across from the thriving town centre, watch boats and wildlife go by as you sit amongst the trees on our beautiful deck. Create amazing memories with loved ones both inside and out, with private jetty, lush grass and river frontage. Our modern living arrangements offer complete luxury with 3 king size beds with private ensuites, plus separate bedroom offering 2 bunks (single bed on top, double on bottom).
The space
Our beautiful 2 story, river front property has all you and your guests need for a relaxing time along the river. Upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms each with a king size bed and private ensuite. In addition, there is a dedicated bunk room, containing 2 bunk beds (double bed on bottom, single bed on top) and main bathroom upstairs.
You will have a spacious open plan living for the kitchen, dining room and lounge area to relax. You can cook meals either inside on our gas stove and electric oven or outside on the outdoor BBQ setting. Enjoy your meal either inside on our 12 seater dining table or outdoor furniture set for 10. Our outdoor setting is designed on our balcony overlooking the beautiful Murray River located in the heart of Mannum, directly across from the main town.
All water on the property is filtered through a Pura Tec river safe system, which makes the water filtered and safe for drinking.
During the cooler nights or winter days, cosy up on the couches in our contemporary living room space, by our fireplace watching your favourite TV show or Movie.

Downstairs includes a disability* friendly bathroom and separate toilet for your convenience. Note - you are required to climb stairs to enter upstairs of the property. Accessible lift to be installed in the future.
Our property includes a private jetty and a kid friendly sandy bay for you to fish off of or moor your boat/jetski. In addition to this, there is a large, lush grass area for kids activities, sun baking or for entertaining. There is a boat ramp located approx. 200m down the street from our property for public use.
We have 4 secure, undercover parking spots available. Upon booking you are provided a key to open the left side roller door, which you may drive through to park your vehicle/s. In addition to this, there is space for another 3 cars directly in-front of the property in our driveway. Please do not drive on the grass.
Our property is highly energy conscious. Consisting of a 3 phase solar system with a battery back up for if a power failure was to occur, all lights and necessities will still be fully operational. A Tesla EV charger is located within the under cover car park.
Guest access
The entire upstairs of our property is yours to enjoy.
Downstairs, we have a disability* friendly bathroom and separate toilet for your convenience along with concreted/undercover area.
The river front grass area is available to use (please note, our sprinkles are on a timer to come on at 9am every second morning).
Other things to note
It is important life jackets (not supplied) are worn at all times when in/around the water.
Children and pets will require supervision at all times.
