The property is located 8 km away from Canberra Airport. By car, the journey will take around 10 minutes. By public transportation, the journey will take around 40 minutes.

- Summernats starts on Thursday 2-5 January 2025. Due to this, Braddon and particularly Lonsdale Street are a hub for noise, fun and excitement, which will run late into the night during the Summernats festival.
