This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment features a spacious open plan living area, designer furnishings and plenty of natural light and full sun thanks to floor to ceiling windows.

The Space:
Located in the heart of the Wellington CBD, this is one of the country's most flamboyant buildings in the art deco style. The Prudential Assurance building was designed in 1933 by Australian architectural firm Hennessy and Hennessy.

This sub-penthouse apartment boasts a large living area with a wrap around balcony to provide indoor/outdoor flow and offers the best of both worlds – convenience of location and luxurious apartment living.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, including washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is 10 minutes flat walk from Wellington Railway station and 20 minutes flat walk to Sky Stadium.

Should you be traveling from the airport, the airport bus provides just about a door to door service. The apartment is also very close to the Bluebridge ferry terminal.

Baby Crib is available upon request.
