Other Things to Note:
- This is a 4 level home with several sets of stairs. Therefore it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

- Garage is suitable for 1 standard size car only

- The house is located on a steep street, so the garage can be tricky to enter and exit due to the angle of the road and driveway. This house is not suitable at all for anyone with mobility issues or those who have trouble walking and/or driving up and down steep, narrow roads.
