this is a self contained basement suite with separate entrance, fully furnished in a trendy area of calgary, and located inner city, it is close to all bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, gym. You can walk to everything. Big driveway to park. Unit is equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful stay. Sorry no pets or no smoking allowed anywhere near the house. There are rentors above so only quiet tenants will be allowed. No parties or loud tenants please. Available for stampede as well. This is the first time this suite has been listed. This unit is ground level so there is alot of natural light and has a window in almost every room. There is a washer drier that will be shared with the upstairs tenants.
