INSIDE THE HOME
As you enter the lower level, you will find two separate queen bedrooms, a bedroom with twin bunks (with a slide!), and a combination laundry room and bath with a shower.

The upper level features a sunny open living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open dining area. The primary bedroom can be found on this floor complete with a king bed and is located directly across from a full bath with tiled walk in shower.

OUTSIDE
Two sets of sliders off the living room provide plenty of light and open to a spacious deck with a view of the shoreline and a private patio area tucked away, complete with gas and charcoal grills, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Climb the steps to the private observation deck and unwind from your day on the water while taking in a famous Lake Michigan sunset.

PARKING
There is space for 3-4 vehicles.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, and after-hours emergency maintenance services. The property was great for our 4th of July vacation with our besties and kids! We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 6-1 years old. The house is plenty spacious and nicely kept, without being too precious or fragile. We felt comfortable letting our kids be kids! The inside is updated with 1 king bedroom on the upper level and 3 bedrooms on the first level. It is built into a hill so the lookout deck and views are AMAZING. It is very conveniently located near the beach and only a mile from the historic downtown."
