The utterly charming, light-filled, double adobe walled house has been updated with hard-troweled plaster throughout, a modern kitchen, gas fireplace, refinished wood floors, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi and a wonderful flagstone patio facing Taos Mountain and the incomparable Sangre de Cristo cordillera.
The property sits on nearly .5 acres, is walled/fenced for privacy offering plenty of room for family barbecues/games, and borders the Rio Fernando, which flows magically during Spring run-off and into the summer and an historic acequia (irrigation ditch) winding through the property that flows intermittently during spring/summer.
