Downstairs 1 large bedroom- 1 x Queen bed and 1 x double bed with single bunk bed, Kitchenette with stove top microwave and coffee maker.Laundry with washing machine and dryer. 2 x lounge rooms, one on each level. BBQ and outside dining area. Room to park several cars and boat parking, as well!. Captain's retreat is in the middle of Cooktown , within walking distance of shopping center, pubs , clubs, beach and attractions

Our property offers accommodation for very large families , 2 families travelling together, or large group of friends. Everything in Cooktown is accessible by foot travel from this comfortable house.
