This tiny Island was formerly a Harbor for Commercial Fishermen that was converted to Waterfront Homes. Tranquil Tides Retreat even comes with a Boat Slip for Boats up to 20 ft (Shallow Draft Boats Only) at no additional cost! It’s time to kick off your Flip Flops and let the fun begin!

You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV. With an oversized, comfy Sectional, beachy flooring reminiscent of a stroll on the Boardwalk, and serene Coastal Colors, it totally has that island vibe you’re longing for. Slip out to the Waterfront Balcony with your morning coffee, and watch Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal. And, this is also where you can take in stunning Sunsets each evening. Just off the Living Area, you’ll find a convenient Half Bath.

The Chef in your family will love the well-stocked Kitchen, which is sure to make mealtime anything but a chore. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or have a Picnic down by the water’s edge in the Community Picnic Area. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries ~ you’re a hop, skip, and jump away from great dining options on the Island, and then get to return to the peace and serenity that is Marsh Island!

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 Bedrooms and a shared Full Bath. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, direct access to the Full Bath, and a Private Waterfront Balcony! Just imagine slipping out to stargaze while everyone else slumbers - there’s nothing like it. The Full Bath is bright and modern with 2 Vanities and a Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Bed and stunning Bay Views. There is also a convenient Washer and Dryer located on this level.
