This is an excellent top floor 3 bedroom unit in an excellent location. This home features a family room, a separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a full bathroom. Washer and dryer for an additional $100.00 per month. Beautiful and bright location with a huge backyard. 3 minutes' walk from Professor's Lake. Neighbourhood playgrounds 2 minutes walk and close to all amenities. It's minutes away from the bus stop. This unit has 2 free parking spots. There are 3 security cameras at the front of the house facing the road, only 1 is working 24/7. There are 2 cameras at the side of the house and both are working 24/7. There is 1 camera in the backyard facing the back of the house. It is on 24/7. If there is only 1 guest, the other 2 bedrooms will be locked. If there are 2 guests, only the third bedroom will be locked.

Stellar Accommodations

We rented this unit and the lower unit from Gerry for our crew of professionals in Toronto area for a project for 2 months. The value was fantastic. Having 2 fridges was awesome! The joining neighbors were quiet and pleasant and became good friends. I worked from the kitchen table many days when I didn't travel into the office. Walking down to the lake was really nice and again it was a very friendly neighborhood.
