Pearl Beach's general store, cafe and playground are a 450 metre walk. Ettalong Beach and Umina Beach towns are only a short drive away offering plenty of eateries and shopping.

Spacious master retreat features a king bed, walk-in robe, private deck and en suite with shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, built-ins and en suite. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has two single beds.

* Gourmet kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave

Nice break

The house is beautiful and well appointed. The bedrooms and living spaces are generously proportioned. Even though it was very wet during our week long stay it was cosy and comfortable. The BBQ and surrounding area is in need of a very good clean and maybe refurbishment. Otherwise the house was superficially clean, but in need of a deep clean. Particularly the bathrooms.

Birthday weekend away!

Fabulous spot, house extremely comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen and toiletries. Tea towels were missing but were promptly provided. Front garden was great for the kids. Mozzie coils needed when there has been rain!

Great house in a great location

We were all three couples and two children and layout of house was perfect. Lots of places to relax on the property and a selection of eating areas. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

Lovely Location and Building

This was a lovely stay as the location and building was exceptional. There were considerable cleaning issues and the building is under some disrepair. Pots pans dirty whole place needed dusting fans and filters need cleaning, cobwebs on the roof mould on the shower floors water damage in a bedroom, decks on outside both front and back exterior lighting corroding not enough towels for number of people booked steros not working and took all weekend to work out batteries not replaced for electronic blinds and steros decks need blowervac before we arrived windows needed cleaning with 'dog nose marks on the front door' and scratches, kiss marks on the kitchen windows fan in back top bedroom broken artwork of a sexual nature in the bottom floor of home items left under beds including shoe, sock, slippers and a vibrator!! So maintenance is a major issue for a beautiful place

We brought “the kitchen sink” from home because we are all cooks and we couldn’t get a kitchen inventory sent to us (after 3 requests) but the kitchen was very well equipped so we were very happy with our stay.
