The large, open and sun-drenched interior provides a welcoming and inviting home with modern and stylish decor to match. This stunning property features open plan living, gourmet kitchen, a second lounge area or kids retreat, polished floorboards, ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning and a large entertaining deck complimenting the lush green gardens and yard.

This property offers ample privacy and serenity with its natural bushland surrounds and only 400 metres from the beautiful beachfront which allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. The local cafe, restaurant, general store, kids' playground, tennis courts and revamped rockpool are also within a short walking distance.

Master bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed and ensuite with shower. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and Bedroom 3 contains a tri-bunk and 2 king single beds.

A nice stay in Pearl Beach

I stayed here with my family for my mum’s 60th birthday. The house was nice and modern and had a great yard. We took our dog which was great and it was close to the beach. Only complaint was that there were a fair few cobwebs in the corners of most rooms. Could be cleaned a bit better in that sense but otherwise, was a clean property.

Modern house and beautiful area

It rained all weekend but we still had a wonderful time. Great layout for 2 families a with plenty of space. The only negative is we found alot of spiders on the doors and windows and the trampoline.

Great long weekend getaway

Everything we wanted for a long weekend away. Great location with just a short walk to the beach and quiet part of town, comfortable and well appointed house and lovely, pet-friendly back yard. Definitely will be back.

Perfect beach getaway with the family

This beautiful home is located in such a peaceful setting. It's only a short walk to the beach and cafe. The house itself is great, the open plan living, kitchen and dining is spacious enough for 9 people to hang out comfortably. The additional living room upstairs is also a bonus. The bedrooms are spacious. There's wifi and a smart tv to watch netflix. Lots of board games and puzzles too. It literally has everything you need. Loved our time spent here. Would definitely come back again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Sandy Feet. The flexible layout upstairs was perfect for the kids and their friends and the back yard was great for a game of cricket. Easy walk to the beach and a nice quiet location. We'll be back!

Lovely home away from home

This is a very comfortable property. During the last couple of days there was significant construction on the adjacent property which did disturb the normally peaceful locale.

Sandy feet retreat is amazing

Great location, amazing backyard, well equipped kitchen. The only suggestion to owner is to invest in air conditioning or provide fly screens everywhere to enable cross ventilation without mozzies.
